Jewish Vets from former USSR celebrate Victory Day

In his welcoming speech (in Russian) Izrail Dekhtyar, president of the Portland Association of former Soviet Union Veterans of WWII said they were at the Victory Day celebration at the Mittleman Jewish Community Center to remember the price veterans paid during World War II to bring peace, especially for Jewish people.
