Lifeline Counseling Services

Lifeline family counseling services involve identifying and assessing individual and family needs including issues related to transitions in aging. The counseling includes identifying how individual family members feel about the changes that are happening to their family as a result of the aging process in the older adult. Lifeline individual counseling done directly with seniors, involves providing the older adult with the opportunity to talk about their life circumstances, feelings and any other aspect of their life where they would like support or guidance.

These may include social supports, family history, geriatric issues, daily activities, safety concerns, mental health issues and anything that may influence the security of a senior’s current living situation.
