Sarit Cahana

Sarit Cahana (she/her), the Disability Support Administrator, has been a disability advocate since she was in high school. She graduated from Lewis & Clark College with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Gender Studies. During her undergraduate years, she founded and led the student advocacy group Disabled Student Union. She is pursuing a Master’s in Disability Studies at City University of New York (CUNY). As a disabled person herself, she knows first-hand that accessibility and advocacy are required to create change. Sarit has vast experience in community organizing, non-profits and politics. In her spare time, she enjoys knitting, reading and going on long walks.
