As we age, changes in memory are a natural part of life. Join JFCS clinicians for the first session of our three-part series exploring how memory changes over time, the differences between typical aging and dementia, and how our beliefs about aging can affect our well-being and cognitive health.
In this first session, we will explore how the brain and memory change as we age, along with practical strategies to support memory, mental functioning, and brain health.
Free to attend but registration required.
REGISTRATION FOR SESSION ONE IS NOW CLOSED.
You can register for session 2 and/or 3 below. All sessions are standalone and you are welcome to attend one or both.
