Director of Communications & Engagement
Robyn Taylor (she/her), Director of Communications & Engagement, oversees JFCS’s communications strategy, messaging, event planning, and public-facing materials. She is responsible for planning and executing all community and fundraising events in addition to marketing and promoting JFCS’ crucial work. She oversees the graphic design of all the agency’s printed and digital collateral, oversees social and educational programming, and collaborates with partner organizations and donors to increase the visibility of JFCS’ programs.
Prior to joining JFCS, Robyn co-founded Folklore Media, a marketing and design agency helping nonprofits, small businesses, and local political campaigns tell their stories. Her work at Folklore Media focused on collaboration and communication with her clients and their communities, a focus she enthusiastically brings to her work at JFCS. Robyn earned her bachelor’s from Duke University and started her career in another area of the non-profit world — as a stage manager for the acclaimed Steppenwolf Theatre Company.
